5) SCHEDULES
5.1) Our almost 12770 schedules are based on real aviation airlines schedules, and updated twice a year on summer and winter.
5.2) Our Booking System is very strict which means that you have to fly any flight available at your location, in case you are "STRANDED" at your location you have to buy a JUMPSEAT which in such circumstances is free of charge, however, if a flight is available you can still ask for a JUMPSEAT but you have to pay for the ticket.

6) ONLINE FLYING
6.1) When using online Air Traffic Simulation networks (VATSIM, IVAO etc), you, the pilot, are an ambassador of PVP Portuguese Virtual Pilots when flying with PVP, JVA or FOX callsigns.
6.2) Pilots are to exercise good manners and are not to engage in arguments over the network.
6.3) Our pilots are not to utilize the UNICOM channel of any network as a chat room and are expected to announce all intentions when operating in the vicinity of any other traffic.
6.4) Our pilots are expected to check for ATC at all times. It is the pilot's responsibility to contact ATC - not the other way around.
6.5) If at any time PVP, JVA or FOX receives communication from any of the networks about the bad conduct of a pilot, the pilot can be removed from the pilot roster.
6.6) Pilots are encouraged to use the callsigns PVP, JVA or FOX, and ID as your flight number. The radio callsign is ROOSTER for all three. Ex: PVPxxx, where xxx is the flight number and radio callsign will be ROOSTER xxx. When flying ONLINE you are kindly requested to mention PVP website link www.pvpairlnes.pt on REMARKS of your flight plan.

7) BOOKING SYSTEM
7.1) PVP uses a real booking system, meaning we have a realistic flight system based off of tail numbers and a hub and spoke system.
7.2) Tail numbers selected will move with the pilot upon PIREP submission. For example, if a pilot selects PVP1, and flies from OMDB to EGLL, PVP1 will only show up on the schedule listing for flights departing EGLL and no longer show up in schedule for flights departing out of OMDB. As in real life, if a tail number goes to an airport, it can only depart the airport it is located at.
7.3) Since we follow a real booking system, it is encouraged, not required, that pilots not fly their aircraft to a remote location, not a main hub, and leave their aircraft there. Leaving an aircraft stranded leaves a tail number of a particular aircraft out in the middle of nowhere without anyone being able to book it in the system unless they jump seat to that location.
7.4) Pilots will notice that when they land at an airport, they may not have that tail number available to them to fly out. This is the case of either one of two things. Someone else has booked that tail number for a flight, or the aircraft has been sent to maintenance. We operate a maintenance on aircraft based off of landing rate and time flown since last maintenance. If the aircraft is in maintenance, it will be released 24 hours after being sent into maintenance.
7.5) If a pilot gets confused about the booking system ask at our DISCORD server, and you will get an explanation.
